Camp Outlaw - summer 2003
An outdoor-challenge Philadelphia summer camp for children of all
abilities age 9 and up.
Focus
Quaker values including friendly attitudes towards everyone, noticing and
welcoming differences, speaking thoughtfully, taking time to listen, respecting
and protecting each other and our environment.
Challenging activities on either a group or an individual level, including
swimming, canoeing, rock climbing, high ropes, hiking and biking.
Low child to adult ratio (5:1) to make sure each individual gets what they
need.
Group building activities such as cooperative games, partner activities and
listening times.

Each week varies in size from 5 to 15 children
1 staff per 5 campers
Trips
Each day a field trip is scheduled.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday are car trips (within 60 miles of Philadelphia)
Tuesday and Thursday are walking, biking or train trips (within Philadelphia)
Daily Schedule
9am to 5pm- occasionally longer trips

Cost
$200.00-350.00/week sliding scale fee

payment in full due before your child begins camp
